Mechanical Component:

Chassis, Gear, Tires, Pulley, Shaft, Pinion, etc.

Mechanical Concepts:

Distance &Displacement, Speed & Velocity, Acceleration, Stability & Equilibrium, Center Of Gravity, Force (Push-Pull), Torque, etc.

Energy basic Concepts:

Potential Energy & Kinetic Energy.

Electronic Components:

Resistor, Power sources, Switches, Motors, etc.

Electronics concepts:

AC Voltage, DC Voltage, AC Current, DC Current, Ohm’s Law

Activity:

Identifying the mechanical objects, motor principle model development, 1st robot making, and activities based concept learning.

BETA (β)

  • In this course, aspirants will explore more in the field of mechanisms and power utilization.
  • In this student will practice Newton’s 3 laws of motion.
  • It includes mechanics structure and stability analysis practices with objective based electronics circuit development,
  • Introducing the deep roots of the digital world, all about 1’s and 0’s
  • It introduces some electronic & mechanical components embedded uses, etc.
  • Simple circuit implementation and learning simple design rules around ICs like IC555.

Mechanical Component:

Introduction to mechanisms, gear-pinion, rack-pinion applications, motion transformation, contraption, hydraulics,etc.

Mechanical Concepts:

Newton’s 3 laws of motion, momentum & energy (collision), inertia, friction, heat, pressure, etc.

Electronic Components:

Inductor, capacitor, electromagnet, transformer, led, transistor, sensors, LDR, IC 78XX series and IC 555etc.

Electronics concepts:

DC Motor’s basic, KCL & KVL, Transistor’s concept and use, signals analysis, block diagram development, circuit designing, power supply designing, sensor-based circuit development & implementation. History of electricity.

Digital concepts:

Introducing1’s and 0’s, number system, arithmetic, and logical operations, storage, digital signal.

Activity:

circuit design, grab mechanism development, digital data manipulation activity, power supply design, circuit designing around IC555 over the paper, watching digital and analog signals, demonstration of signal they develop.

GAMMA (γ)

  • In this course, aspirants will explore digital decision making circuit development and implementation,
  • Deep look into embedded digital world how digital world and real “mechanical” world interact,
  • Applications of daily life and built things from their ideas,
  • It introduces higher hierarchy digital components of embedded systems, etc.

Digital Concept & Activity:

ADC & DAC, logic gates and its application, introducing modules, History of computer part 1, computer v/s calculator, control flow etc.

Electronic Components:

Transistor, sensors, RF module, encoder & decoder, driver IC and components introduced during the workshop.

Electronics concepts:

Use of transistor, datasheet reading(IC manual), Wireless communication, coding-decoding (enigma machine), Antenna working principle, Sensor-based robot autonomous robot.

Activity:

Line follower robot, wireless communication implementation on these robots, coding-decoding, facts of computer and role in world war-II, circuit making over fun kit.

DELTA (δ)

  • Introducing the microcontroller & microprocessors.
  • Basic level programming and interfacing LCD and sensors,
  • In this course, aspirants will explore electronics hardware development
  • Circuit development testing hardwired implementing on PCB,
  • PCB manufacturing techniques
  • It introduces to programming and implementing tasks, etc.

Digital Concept & Activity:

Digital signals, signal testing/visualization, operations, history of computer part2, exploring the computer, etc.

Electronic Components:

Arduino, LCD, keypad, LDR, thermistor, IR modules, 7 segment display.

Electronics concepts:

Arduino peripheral interfacing, PCB design rules, PCB development methods, soldering methodology, de-soldering methodology, datasheet reading(IC manual)

Activity:

Arduino based line follower (smart bot), Computer disassembly, PCB design and development, an etching process, Arduino interfacing with LCD and sensors, Arduino interfacing with keypad, Sensor-based robot circuit development on PCB & implementation.

EPSILON (ε)

  • Introducing the embedded systems
  • Device development based on Arduino,
  • Arduino software interface and coding
  • Embedded programming and implementing tasks, etc.
